Mobile internet
I find this trend so interesting, yet it completely makes sense. We use our cell phones for everything now. The fact that we can now use it to even purchase a coffee is crazy! With the internet, our phones can do just about anything we need them to. I believe that these trends are only going to continue in this direction. I don't think businesses, however, could do away with fixed telephone lines. Even though the chart shows a decline, businesses will always need fixed lines to operate their call center software.
